Previously Simone had a very successful Real Estate Sales Career, reaching number 23 in a team of 900 within her first six months. Prior to Real Estate Simone had been a National Sales & Marketing Manager, a Mobile Mortgage Manager and at one point, on top of being a mother of three, Simone had a portfolio of 5 rental properties that she personally managed.
Simone is also a Licensed Salesperson so that she can market and sell the odd property with her Cadets shadowing her and learning in the wings. This naturally teaches the Cadets the right way to do things and prepares them for their first assignment of being partnered with an experienced Licensed Salesperson within the business.
