A background in law, a love for dealing with people and a perfectionist by nature have seen Ilse Evans catapult onto the Real Estate scene. She became the Top Rookie of Harcourts Northern Region in August 2007, just 16 months into her career. Her latest achievements for 2011-12 are: Top Harcourts Agent in the Takapuna area, Top 5 Harcourts Cooper & Co, Top 10 Harcourts Northern Region.
With her twin boys now at an age of self sufficiency, her prime focus is serving her client's interests best, making the whole experience of buying and selling pleasant and successful. She is a low volume, high level of service agent enabling her to meet her own high standards.
Her community work is linked to the Takapuna area as Convenor of the St. George's Church Market Shop Distribution Committee. In this role she steers the distribution of funds to worthy community causes. She is also a supporter of The Wilson School and Hauraki Primary. Her interests are fitness based including gym, swimming, skiing and walking on the wonderful Takapuna Beach.
She is assisted by Jan Dobbie as her PA.
