Louise’s love of Waiheke Island is deep rooted and she has spent many holidays at her beloved family bach in Oneroa since the age of five. Having returned to New Zealand after many years away overseas, to be back on Waiheke Island as a franchise owner for Mike Pero Real Estate gives her great joy.
Together with her husband, Andy Roke, who is also a qualified sales consultant, they operate what they describe as a boutique branch on Waiheke Island. Their team consists of sales colleagues Melanie Claridge, Neill Clarke and office manager Barry Danby.
Louise knows that property is usually your main asset and it is important that you trust the people who are working for you. Louise and her team's methods are unique, upbeat, energetic and, most importantly, proven and effective.
Prior to working in real estate, Louise worked a teacher and was also a police officer in Western Australia. Her work in these fields have helped her develop excellent negotiation skills and a no fuss but fair approach to business dealings. For Louise, being able to tune into buyers' needs and wants is critical and a key factor when it comes to the sale and purchase of property.
