Both Peter & Josh have spent most of their lives in the Manukau area and have had plenty of time to experience the region from a grass roots level.
It is this familiarity with the area that has nurtured a genuine passion for the community and its people. The decision to market and sell properties
in the Manurewa area (including Randwick Park and Alfriston) was therefore a very easy one.
Josh nurtured his growing passion for marketing and advertising by studying at one of New Zealand’s leading universities. In previous sales roles,
Josh has led teams of consultants who provide marketing advice to some of New Zealand’s most respected companies on behalf of one of the
country’s leading and fastest growing online businesses. His high enthusiasm and energy levels ensure that he achieves outstanding
results in everything that he puts his mind to.
Coupled with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Peter has extensive experience in sales and marketing in wholesale, retail and international
trade negotiations. Most of his career has been at a senior level with one of the world’s largest motor companies and later with two significant New Zealand
exporters with emphasis on international business development and sales.
